Data access and deletion
Effective for Early Access · Last updated September 2026
This page explains how people using Kiroku (kiroku.studio) can access their information and request deletion or account closure. Kiroku is operated by AUGUR SYSTEMS PTY LTD (ACN 702 218 684 · ABN 74 702 218 684).
The same instructions apply to the website, Progressive Web App, and native companion / artist apps that use Kiroku accounts. Full detail on what we collect is in our Privacy and Data Policy.
Access your data
- Sign in at kiroku.studio/login.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Review and update your sign-in email and staff contact details (name and phone) on that page.
Studio operational data you are authorised to see — for example clients, bookings, waivers, financials, and roster — is available inside the product according to your role. If you cannot sign in, or need a copy of personal information we hold about you as a platform user, email support@kiroku.studio or hello@kiroku.studio from the address on your account and describe what you need. We may verify your identity before responding.
Delete or close your account
Account users can close their Kiroku account in-product. Closing deactivates your sign-in and revokes memberships and docks across studios.
- Sign in to Kiroku.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Open Danger zone.
- Choose Close account and confirm.
If you cannot use Settings → Account (for example you lost access to your email), request deletion by emailing support@kiroku.studio with the subject line Account deletion, your account email, and enough detail for us to find the account. We will confirm when the request is complete.
What closing an account does — and does not do
Access revoke is not the same as erase. Closing your account stops your ongoing access. Studio-owned history — clients, bookings, waivers, financial records, and similar — generally stays with the studio for legal, insurance, accounting, and professional-record reasons (including NSW financial record expectations where they apply).
Related in-product actions on Settings → Account:
- Leave studio (non-owner staff) — ends your staff access at that studio; studio records stay with the studio.
- Suspend studio (owners) — restricts Studio Pro for staff; history stays on the account.
- Close account — deactivates your platform sign-in and revokes memberships/docks; does not wipe studio history.
Studio clients (tattoo customers)
If you are a client of a tattoo studio that uses Kiroku, contact that studio first about your booking, waiver, or health records. The studio decides how those client records are used. We assist studios with access or deletion requests where required. You may also email us and we will route or assist the request where appropriate.
Meta, social platforms, and app stores
This page is the published user data deletion instructions URL for Kiroku. Deletion and access are handled through Settings → Account and the email contacts above. We do not currently publish an automated third-party data-deletion callback endpoint.
Where Kiroku connects to a social platform in future, removing the connection or closing your Kiroku account stops ongoing platform use of that connection. Platform-side data held by Meta or other providers is governed by those providers' policies.
