FAQ

Early access

What is Early Access?
We are inviting studios and artists to use Kiroku for real work while we refine it. We iron out kinks, listen, and make it better. Early Access members will get exclusive discounts and benefits when we officially launch.
How do I get access?
Kiroku is invite-only during Early Access. If you have a code, enter it on the home page or open the link you were sent. No code yet? Email hello@kiroku.studio and tell us about your studio or practice.
Who is Kiroku for?
Tattoo studios of every size, from busy shops with a front desk to solo artists who want full ops software, not a calendar bolted onto messages. Owners and managers running the book, and working artists who need their day to stay in sync with the shop.
What's in it for artists?
Once you are on a studio roster, you get Kiroku Artist. Your schedule stays in sync with the shop, bookings show up in one place, and you keep your own session records and portfolio. You are not waiting on a screenshot of the book. You are working from the same system.
Do I need a separate app?
No. Kiroku is cloud-based. Use it from a browser anywhere, or install it as a Progressive Web App on your computer or phone. We also have dedicated native apps: Kiroku Artist for artists, and Studio Companion for owners and managers on the go.
What about client waivers and health information?
Studios set their own waiver templates and collect consent digitally. Health answers stay private to that studio, stored securely and encrypted. We do not use them for advertising. See our Privacy and Data Policy.
Is there a free trial?
Early Access invites include a trial period so you can run the shop on Kiroku before anything else.
How do I get help?
See Support. support@kiroku.studio for questions, bugs@kiroku.studio if something is broken.
