Keep your work in Records

Records is your private work journal. A subject is the person you worked with in your journal, a project is the piece, and sessions track the work over time. It is separate from the studio's client records.

1. Open Records. Search for an existing subject or choose New subject.
2. Open the subject and create a project for the piece. Give it a useful title; add placement, style or a planned session count if known.
3. Open the project and choose Log session. Record a sitting, consult or design note, and add a summary. You can return to the session to edit its details.
4. If this work has a studio appointment, link the record to that booking from the relevant schedule or record flow when offered. The project then has a route back to the scheduled sitting.

During the 60-day Professional Starter period, artists can explore the deeper record fields. If that access ends, the basic journal still supports subjects, projects, dates and summaries; the richer private details depend on active Artist Pro access. Publishing a photo to your public artist page is a separate choice from saving it privately in Records.
