Send and review a waiver
For: Studio staff; an artist may clear advisory waivers for their sittings only when the studio enables that permission
Where: Studio → Clients → a client → Waiver, or the appointment's readiness actions
- Open the client or appointment and choose Waiver / Send waiver.
- Send the secure link by SMS, show its QR code, or open it on a studio device.
- The client opens the link, completes the form and signs.
- If Today or the client workspace shows an advisory review, open it and decide whether to Approve for session or mark the client Not cleared.
A signed waiver may still need staff review. Check the readiness status before the sitting. For imported historical work, a migration-specific waiver on file option may appear; new work uses a Kiroku waiver.
